Can you mail out samples on request?


We can provide you samples for your wholesale order before placing your order. Additional charge for samples might be applied. Please send us inquire here.




Do you provide refill service?

How do I settle my payment?


We're using an integrated virtual account powered by Xendit. You'll be directed to Xendit payment link after placing your order. Save this link if you want to settle your order later. Your payment link will be expired in 24 hours. Your order will be processed once the payment is settled and we will send you a confirmation email immediately




I want to cancel my order, what should I do?


You can cancel your order by sending us email to info@bymne-bali.com or WA us on +62 821-3757-0023, please provide us your order number, transaction proof, and email and/or whatsapp number when making inquires.
