For available items, if you order before 1 pm local time, we will ship your items on the same day. If you order above 1 pm, we will ship it on the following day; For out-of-stock items, it will take at least 2 to 5 business days for the items to be available and the shipping process will take 1 to 5 business days (depends on the amount, the delivery provider, and delivery address)

International Shipping is now available on the website. We're using door to door service and it would take 4 - 7 business days to arrive at your address worldwide.
Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only on where they were originally purchased; and (ii) Service fee might be applied.
